Why Human Damage Control is a REAL PUNK BAND!

Here's a few reason's why my band (I'm currently the drummer is a REAL PUNK BAND. Unlike those Blink wusses!

-One time our guitarist was playing so hard, he snapped each of his 6 strings, after he did, he lit the thing on fire and smashed it to pieces

-I, the drummer, don't use a bass drum pedal, i just tie a towel to my boot and instead of a conventional bass drum skin, I put a large piece of circular metal. I kick the hell out of it and it produces a great sound.

-WE'RE SO PUNK WE DON'T EVEN HAVE A BASS PLAYER! WE tell one of our 7 guitarists to turn it down a little bit and tune it extrememly low.

-We're so PUNK that each of us wear 2 ROCK SHIRTS AT THE SAME TME!

-I have to order a 10-pack of sticks off of Musicians Friend twice a week because i break them so much during rehersals and gigs. I also sometimes tape 2 sticks together to get some extra pop in the sound

-Our guitarist once ate a Blink 182 cd, and then crapped it out and it had cut up his ass. Didn't bother him, he took the cd out of his crap and ate it again. It has since been digesting in his stomach.

-Once one of our guitarists suggested we play Disturbed, so we kicked his ass and told him to go back to school and maintain a 4.0!

-One of our guitarists stole 41 Sum 41 cd's from a store and then went right in front of the Canadian border, took a piss on them, and lit them on fire.

-One of our guitarists went on a vacation to San Diego, so he took a big dump on each member of Blink 182's yards and dumped acid on to it aswell, and each yard read "BLINK IS GAY"

-Once we were all walking through this town and we saw these 2 fags making out, so we kicked the living **** out of them

-Our town has an Art Club, so one night we painted a big F in front of Art

-We were out touring the midwest and Kid Rock was hanging in the one town we were at, so we got about 185 tomatoes and plastered his tour bus. We painted "Rap Rock Is Gay" on the side aswell

-We once trashed a whole Fareway store

NOW THAT IS REALLY PUNK!!!!

Yeah that just sounds like you need to learn some control. Breaking strings and sticks is not a good thing. I rarely break strings, i rarely break drum sticks. I would like to hear your "real punk" If you have any clips of yourselves give me a link or email them to me.

Exactly. I think a real punk band is good at what they play, and write talented stuff. AFI is a punk band that I really like. Bands aren't measured by how hard they beat their drums and how many guitar strings they break, or how much property they destroy. They are measured by their talent, their song writing skills, etc.

Yeah, look at The Offspring and Greenday. Those are my 2 fav. bands. They are very talented, unlike this guy's band.

well...he cleaned up his language a bit when he reposted...so that doesnt really bother me....and he can do whatever stupid thing he wants...i dont think anyone is encouraging him in that...but...i DO think he went a bit far with the slams to gays...it doesnt especially bother me...but i imagine there could be someone here it might bother...and maybe they wouldnt speak up. that is the main reason why i would think shawn might want to delete it all....

Then everyone was having so much fun at Really_Punk's expense that I just left this one up :) Most people when they are new to the forums introduce themselves, or ask a question, or answer a question..........and some like Really_Punk....... posts........poetry?

As for the comment about the 2 people that he beat up for no good reason, lets hope that at sometime in Really_Punk's life he gets beaten for no good reason.....other than that he is "really punk" :)

Apart from this, I really like the post: it's funny, in a very subtile way.

but why did your friend eat the blink cd?? I've heard that people from ancient cultures drank the blood of the animals they admired most, so that their power and talents are transfered to them, but did your friend really thing eating a CD of his *favorite* band would help? :)
and by the way, what does a CD taste like? Must be bit metallic, with the slight taste of plastic.. did he also eat the cover. I think that should be a real delicatesse!

Oh yes, and if you've burnt a CD, do you also provide *REAL PUNK* songs for a quick download? I would really like to hear it.... or maybe, eat it? :)

Actually dude, he just ate the cd. The case would be going a bit far dont you think?? He said it taste terrible. There actually was a reason we beat the **** out of these people....Cause were Punk! And their were really smart ass, asshole preppies! We could probly post some of our stuff, that would be Punk! Were so punk we would let you listen, but then.....we would have to cut skin off of your fingers & lips sew them togher & keep you tied up & in our possesion until they grew together. Nay, we really shouldn't make fun of Really_Punk! I can totally understand some things his people do.. for example, if I would strum that badly that ALL 6 strings snapped at once, I would probably also be frustrated and smash, burn, vaporate, etc.. my guitar!
