Schecter bass guitars

Whats everyone's opinions on Schecters? I'm considering the C4 Elite or the Omen-4 as my first bass, mainly b/c of the price and the looks. I don't know a whole lot about basses yet. I've been playing acoustic guitar for about 6 mos. and i'm ready to explore the bass world now.

my friend bought a 5 string schecter bass last year, oh god does that thing sound nice. plays really well and just looks and feels good. i recommend schecter basses.

well if they are anything liek their guitar counter parts then they shoudl be very good...

im an ibanez man myself but i wouldnt mind having a schecter

I too have experienced the awesomeness that was this bass. Wish I had one.

I too recommend them. Try them out though, what's right for one may not be right for another.

Well my friend's an excellent bassist (plays drums, and geetar for inFLEX) and he has a Shectre. He loves it. He did tell me that some Spectres are better though (some company I've never even heard of)

It was pretty cool because he was like Spectre basses are better and I was like you dumbass you have a Spectre and he's like nooooo dumbass I hace a Shectre and I'm like, but you just said that Shectre's are better and you have one make up your mid dammit! And he explained that there are 2 companies, Spectre, and Shectre.
