1- is theorically or practically correct to play a major chord and a minor chord of the same tonality. Like C and Cm in the same song. Its correct?

2-K, this is not a bass forum but since they are related maby you can help me. When you are solloing you play in the key. Right?
When yo created basslines can you keep playing in one key the same riff over ans over or do u have to change depending on the chord the guitar is playing?

3- Any tips in creating songs? i dont sem to be very good at it? i create lots of stuff but when i look back at it it always sucks. Any page you can recommend me?

Thank you.

1. in the same song you could do it, but only if you changed keys.

2. it depends. The guitarist usually plays chords from one key, until there is a key change. And if the chord the guitarist is playing is in the same key that you were in, you can essentially keep playing the same riff over and over, although it might not be practical.

3. tips in creating songs... don't always force it. Usually if you can't get a song done, its because you're trying to force out something that isn't there. Also having an inspiration is a good way to start writing a song. Like maybe a girlfriend, or a painful time in your life. Or hell... write a full out thrash song and express sum serious anger =]]]
