i've been having an ibanez electric for about six monthes, and after playing on other guitars i find it to be very top heavy. anytime i let go of the neck, the head stock slides down till its lower than the body. it gets annoying. i'm sure there's nothing that can fix that, but i figured i should ask for just in case. anyone have any ideas? thanx and God bless....

Maybe you can strap it on like an acoustic? Get an acoustic strap and tie it around the headstock.
erm, try using a heavy leather strap, that should do it.

yep a leather strap should help....or something with a textured back that would be more "grabby" on your clothes than just a plain nylon strap...ive even heard of people just wrapping their strap in duct tape...altho that wouldnt be my choice....lol...

Yeah, neck heavy guitars are a pain. Mine is neck heavy, I just got a big strap, it's pretty wide, and it's also made of seat belt material. I don't have to worry about it falling anymore. It dips down a little when I let go, but it doesn't take anymore divebombs to the ground anymore, like it used to.
