PM problems

I sent and received a couple PM's the last couple days, it all seemed to be working, I just tried to send another one, it said my box is full. I deleted all the PM's, inbox and sent items (which only added up to a total of 7) and tried sending another PM and it still said my box is full.

Any ideas?

Every time you send a PM, there is a copy saved in your PM folder. There is a drop down menu in on the right hand side of the PM page. It says "Jump To Folder". Go to the "Sent Items" folder and delete those. On the left there is also a drop down menu. It says "Show messages from". Select "the beginning" so that you can see all of the messages to delete.
