Learning to play guitar is all about muscle memory, and there's only one way to gain that--repetition. What I did at first was to take each chord I was trying to play and learn them individually. Press the strings and strum...then lift your fingers about 1/2 inch off the fretboard...then press the strings and strum...lift your fingers 1/2 inch...over and over and over. Don't try to do it fast. Do it very slowly and as correctly as possible, keeping your whole body as relaxed as possible.
When you can do one chord well, then practice switching back and forth between two chords...over and over and over.
Whatever you do, don't struggle and strain with things you aren't ready for or with playing too fast. You don't want to train your muscles "the wrong way".
You'll get better. It takes a couple of months.
Good luck! :)
