I want to make a footswitch for my tb25. i used a stereo jack to measure the amount of volts. 1 side has 12v and this switches te amp to distortion channel. the other has 8v and doesn't do anything(alone) could i use these 8v for a few led's?

So you're saying when you made continuity to the 12v side it switched the amp to distortion? And how did u get it back to clean. Let me know and I can offer a little more help.

I don't see why not. Just make sure you get 8v LEDs.
