this is the chord i came across. i wud like to knbow how to read the same.

this is no tab from any particular song. wud love it if some one teaches me as if i were a 6 yr old.

We can't really help you read incomplete tab. You've only shown 3 of the strings, it is impossible for us to say " put this finger on this string, then move to this position, etc" without knowing exactly which strings you've shown. But Shawn's taken the right approach, if you learn how to read that from his lesson, then you'll be able to read any tab you come across in the furure :)
