Hey guys,
well i have been away from this forum for awhile. I have however learned some chords and progressions. My biggest problem now is that i would like to try playing a song that i can handle. These are the chords i know C, G, D7, Dm, A, Am, E, Em.
If someone can suggest a song or point me in the direction of a site that can help me i would appreciate it very much.
Thanks in advance.

Pretty much any Sex Pistols stuff. It is mainly a 3 power chord progression. Even The Ramones. Pretty much any old school punk would be easy because it is a 3 power chord progression.
Once you start to play it, you will hear the voices in your head sy,
LISTEN TO PUNK LISTEN TO PUNK LISTEN TO PUNK LISTEN TO PUNK

Weezer's "Island In The Sun" would be good for you. the second guitar and acoustic play Em, Am, D, G throughout the song basically.
