What fingers and picking do you use where (up/down)?

Also how do you tap with two hands with like crossover things?

I would use first, fourth and third fingers. And alternate picking. You can pick it how ever you want.
2 hand tapping and crossovers...
well you use your fretting hand to tap and also your picking hand. It 'basically' means using 2 fingers from each hand to tap but you can use more than 2 from each. The cross over part is where your fretting hand is tap the higher frets while the picking hand is tapping the lower frets.

For tapping stuff the best place on the net is at
Schmange.com (http://www.schmange.com)
There's about 60 pages just devoted to tapping stuff.
