I'm happy, after a stressful day at uni(college),I decided to take the plunge and buy the guitar I wanted.I shopped around, looked at prices, felt and tested the guitar and decided to get a Hohner Countryman for 79 quid/pounds/sixpence, and a Korg tuner.Got the agand some picks thrown in.came to 90 pounds total(about 170-180 dollars).

Even if its not the best brand out there,I like it,nice action, slimmer neck than the classical one i was lent(which i still like).and a nice clean sound.

First lesson tomorrow(8 pounds per half hour - bring a tape and the lesson gets recorded :p

I just thought I'll share my good joy...

:D :D :D

Congrats, it doesn't matter if it is the "brand of choice" or not, it only matters that YOU like it and enjoy playing it.
