Question about User Lessons & Articles board.

Can users also post requests for a lesson or even an article at that board? Or should requests just be asked at the board relating to the question the user wants answered?

No, that is just for lessons and articles. Post a question in one of the other forums, or I guess you could post a request in this forum.
