wat i dont understand is how can u play that twice if at the other string theres notes u need to play at the same time as some on D.. pls help me

You are just playing power chords: C#, C#, D#, D#, F#, F#, C#, C#. It's a pretty common progression.

I don't know the song you are trying to learn, but if there are more notes that need to be played by this 1 guitar then they should be noted in the TAB. Could it be the other notes you hear are played by another guitar?

you play the whole thing twice not just whats on the D string
