Thats an easy one Led Zeppelin. every song they made was awsome I have a collection of I think around 70 song's or more Out of all of them there is only one I didn't like (hats off (roy harper), i think thats what its called). No one can compare with their creativity. another band i wished were still around, Van Halen, which may be coming back ive heard (that would be awsome). And I would love to see Ozzy with Randy Rhodes, but that isn't gonna happen.

I'm sure that at least one person will agree with me when I say..........
THE STONE ROSES.
Some other bands I loved were Sleeper, James, The Verve and maybe The Seahorses but that contradicts the Stone Roses one.

def. agree with everyone who said nirvana, alice in chains and soundgarden. They were part of an awesome age in music...alice in chains is technically still around but i dont see them ever coming back. Another band that i miss is the Stray Cats and RATM is coming back soon..but its gonna sound totally different with Chris Cornell

Definately Nirvana......
But hey, Led Zeppelin will return!! The son of the drummer that died will do some concerts with the old members of Led Zeppelin. I dont know if this is true but I heard something about that. It would be awesome...

I hope they don't, nothing shatters a band's lineage and legacy like a half hearted "reunion" with one or more of the original members missing, at least when Page and Plant got back together they resisted the temptation to resurrect the Led Zep name.
has to be nirvana. no other band deserves to be back in my opinion :)
