I was Reading Some Tabs For I song I'm Trying To Play And I Ran Across 4b A few times. What Does that mean? I'd appreshiate any help. Thank you.

It is a bit difficult out of context, but it normally means play the string fretting the 4th fret and bend the note to raise the pitch.
