Playing in the box

is there any body out there that knows anything about playing in the box .... and how I can grt some info

I have heard some refer to pentatonic positions as "box shapes"....is that what you mean. Or are you just referring to the bass itself as "the box" :)

yes I was refering to scales played within the box shape.
are there any perticular lesson plans for practicing this, I am just starting out.:confused:
