my main guitar is a Epiphone Les Paul Custom. I have my old first guitar which is a PEavey Raptor(strat lookalike). I was wondering if it is worth putting in some better pickups and anything else to enhance it's sound. what do you think? Is it worth it? If so what all should i do to it?

if i were you i'd rather sell the old peavey and spend the money on improving the epiphone les paul... whilst the epihone stock pickups (*gibson design*) are okay-ish... there are much better ones out there... anything by Duncan or EMG should make a noticable improvement... to me one *really nice* sounding guitar seems better than two okay-ish ones...

Sell the peavey and get sdome Gibson humbuckers for your Epiphone. Gibson make the best LP/SG humbuckers around (in my opinion).

I wouldn't recommend gibson pickups. Weak sounding and have microphonic trouble (feedback). Ducan, EMG, and Dimarzio are the best buy.

DUDE!!!!!!!!! My first guitar was a peavy raptor, it's killer for a beginners guitar, but i wouldn't put any money into it man
