I am learning the song Down with Sickness by Disturbed and I am having trouble with the chorus riff it goes like this:

1|---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2|-----------------------5---5----------------------------------------------5----
3|------------------------------------------------------------------------------5-
4|---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5|--2------2---3--2--------------2---2--3--2---------2------2--3--2---------
6|--2------2---3--2--------------2---2--3--2---------2------2--3--2---------

The 5's are where the harmonics are and Im having trouble getting there fast enough without making other strings sound and I am using my fourth finger. Could anyone tell me some tips on how to play this riff.

I played the harmonics with my ring finger fine, I've never heard this song but it sounds right. So try your ring finger!

Since you say you are having trouble reaching the harmonic fast enough, I almost think the trouble might be the fingers that you are using to play the 6th, and 5th strings. Play both notes with your 1st finger by barring across both strings. This should have your 4th finger hanging out right above where the harmonics is.....so it should not be a jump. If you were playing those power chords with any other finger, the harmonic would be difficult to get to.
