I know that the site is free to us and not to you, and that there are many, many users. And I really appreciate the hard work and detail that has gone into this.

But would it be possible to give higher-level members the ability to use attachments or larger avatar filesizes?

Page loading times (big pictures take longer to load)

Actually, most of the boards I've seen have attachments as links, so dial up users could be entirely unaffected, depending on how it's configured... Moot point, though.
