Zakk Wylde...

Has anyone heard ZAKK WYLDE play in BLACK LABEL SOCIETY - he plays lead and vocals.

He has a WAH-WAH sound after many of his riffs - but he doesnt have a wammy-bar on his guitar - being a LesPaul ---

Does anyone know how he does it??

Is it amazing string bending or a pedal??

Zakk Wylde is a great guitarist as well as Black Label Society is a great metal band.

They Way Zakk gets the sound he does is normally by doing very wide vibratos during most of his solos. I'm Pretty sure he uses a dunlop rotovibe pedal which gives him that sound during his solos, also a Wah Wah pedal. Hope this helped, check out the band if you havent already, Stronger than Death is a great album go get it.

Les Pauls do often have tremolos. I've seen Zakk Wylde's in a catalog and it didn't have one. Check out guitargeek.com, they list famous people's amps, guitars, pedals and stuff.
