What is the F#m chord?

I'm playing Tangled Up In Blue (Bob Dylan) and the F#m chord doesn't sound correct. Is the correct tab for F#m xx3112?? Still learning!

The F#m chord uses F#A#C# notes, which could be played as a barre chore, like this ..... 244322 ;)
