Which Chord Is This?

I encountered this in Stairway To Heaven and really like the sound of it, anyone know it's name?.

It could be an Aminor 7 with an E bass note - if you played the open A string as part of that chord it would simply be an A minor 7. But since it is part of Stairway' I will go with an inversion of an A minor 7.
