What is an F#m?

I'm playing Tangled Up In Blue (Bob Dylan) and the F#m chord doesn't sound correct. Is the tab xx3112??

Red, it's just an Fm slid up a fret.

Fm -> 133111
F#m -> 244222

bar with the first finger across the second fret (for the F#m)
