Well the song doesn;t progress what so ever. Try a solo over it.

please don't think I'm flaming you, this is just my take:

I got the riff in about 10 seconds and was bored with it in 20 seconds. try to add some more rhythm bits to it. look at putting in a chours and bridge. add some starts and stops to break it up. think about adding fills after certain parts or lines. think about putting in a second guitar tone to keep it interesting (not a second rhythm guitar just a different tone).

I'm not trying to be harsh, just honest. you have a pretty good bit, but it needs more.
