what about making a general forum, where ppl can post about whatevr they feel, i reckon more ppl would register and view the forums more often if this was included. musicianforums has a huge amount of ppl registered and the general forum aka the pit is probably the most used forum. just a suggestion to try and improved the site rather than focus on meager matters like broken banners etc. peace out *BakedBassist* :D

Are you talking about an off topic section? if so im not sure we need it here...i come here to read and post music and guitar matters... Im not interested in posts like 'hey my cat died today' or 'seen a nice pair of shoes in the shoe shop'
also there is a large community here and it grows day by day.......just my 2 cents.

Read the forum rules:

9. Post in this forum must have something to do with music. There is no off-topic forum. There are plenty of general forums out there to chose from.

If you want off-topic chat, take it to RatBit. The link is in my sig.

PopMusicSux was about the only person who said something positive in you thread, and he's a mod.

bakeds right realy, theres to much going on about bands and gigs its starting to get boring, besides i think we would think of more entertaining things than "seen a nice pair of shoes in the shoe shop".

Do you realy think thats what you would be posting???

Besides this whole forum reeks of comunity spirit and happyness, its damn right anoying, i thaught u people where hard core rockers!! :mad2:

If you want an off-topic forum, go to www.ratbit.com/forums. A lot of current and former cyberfret members post there.

Isnt it the main goal of webmasters to get the most ratings tho?

Shawn's been adamantly against it since before I joined, which is one of the reasons why RatBit was created, and why it still exists. I imagine his goal for cyberfret.com is to have free, online guitar lessons that help people along on the instrument.

You have to register and log in to see the forums. There's an Admin News forum, General Discussion, Adults Only, Images, Jokes, Q&A by Marz (a former cyberfretter) and In The Trenches, a forum for (clean) fighting (mostly debating.)
