my friend has been playing his sister's acoustic guitar few a few months now and is decent. he's finally decided that he want to get a bass guitar and start a band with me. just one problem he has about $360 to spend on a bass and amp. so the question is, what kind of bass can he get with a bass amp that can play with two guitarists and a drummer? i know that for electric guitar a 40 watt amp is good enough to play with two guitars a bass and drums, is it the same for a bass?
