Best tuners?

I think I need to replace my tuner...just been using the little LED one that came wtih the Ibanez bass-pack, but even after changing betteries twice, the LED is going...obviously one with a real needle would not do this...
SO
What are some better tuners that won't burn up my wallet?
Either give me name/model numbers, or tell me pros and cons of features.

Ibanez GU10...made in China. All LED for the needle and string name, with red-green-red lights above. Has in/out for the cables, and a mic for acoustic. Just not too rugged, huh?
