Alright, the time has just about come for me to get a second electric guitar.

My currect guitar is a custom reverend avenger. I love it with all my heart, and its neck is my best neck I have ever played on. I got it as a present when I first started playing guitar, I loved it then, and now that I know much more about guitar, I still love it.

That being said, I'm ready to get another guitar.

The top 3 things I consider when looking at guitars are:

1. Overall quality - Can it stay in tune? How does the wood feel? How does the body feel? How heavy is it? I don't want crap. I don't need top notch quality, but I don't want low grade horse fodder.

2. Cost - It it's under 300, chances are it's not worth it. If it costs more then my marshall stack, forget it. Again, it's not worth it.

3. Looks - I'm sorry I cannot stand guitars that look stupid. I don't like big bulky electric guitars, I don't like traditional gibson bodies, the F in F hole stands for fag, and flying V's also suck. This may seem shallow, but I DO NOT want a guitar that I don't like to look at.

I will most likely be using this guitar to be playing lower tuned, heavier music.

These are the guitars that I am looking at right now. If you could please comment on some of them, or perhaps suggest another type of guitar:

MF-207 7 String Electric Guitar with Skull Inlays - This guitar looks awesome, from the inlays to the body. It has some decent hardware to start out with too. However, from the picture, the neck looks kind of big. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/sid=020413153925151201144009615665/search/g=home/detail/base_id/49417

LTD F-207 7-String Electric Guitar - pretty much the same thing, different name (f-207 as opposed to mf-207, don't really know the difference)

LTD F-200 Electric Guitar - Basically the same as above, only 6 strings.

Daisy rock electric guitar - Oh come on, who wouldn't want one of these, this guitar looks sweet. However, there is no really info provided, and it's a cheap guitar - so I'd have to spend some money fixing it up. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/sid=020413153925151201144009615665/search/g=home/detail/base_id/50017

Hammer standard - Nice flames and body, but the description reeks of bad immitation hardware...

And finally, the coolest looking of them all:

B.C. Rich Beast - Now, if I got one of these, I would most definately get the deluxe custom edition, (not on musicians friend) and even then fix it up some (replace the pickups) I love the way these guitars look, but the local music store has 0 b.c. riches at all, so I have no experience with these guitar. I would be spending the most money on this, so I would need to know as much as I could about it before I bought it.

Alright, thats it.

My friends uncle got a BC Rich Beast. He said that it was SWEET! I would get one if it came left handed.
