great stuff, I especially liked the end half. I can recognise one of your tracks from a mile off. :) note choice was frequently kinda flaccid, may I humbly suggest that you seek to educate yourself more about musical phrasing? being able to better define sections, and choose notes well would add a new level to your music.

I second the cool notion... one thing though, you need the Rythem guitar to change to accomadate the solo precisely, it didn't mix perfectly in a couple parts.

Or you could leave it exactly the way it is.

EDIT:NeverMind, I think that was just my opinion on where I would have bended to, so it's choice then.

it's feeling a lot better, in a new fibreglass cast. fingers are all better now, but no progress on the thumb :(. if it doesn't come right, I SHOULD be able to still play again, but my pinch harmonic ability will be gone....

ps. when I speak of the phrasing, it's mostly in reference to your note choice. let me find an example. 1:08? flaccid note choice, just kinda hoovers up the emotion you had building there. this song is much better in that regard to pretty much all of your others, where all the slower melodies are in that fashion.

pps. I think it's overall my favourite piece from you. short but sweet.

ppps. thanks a bunch for introducing me to Evergrey! they totally rox0r! I can hear the influence in your stuff.
