If you like Bob Dylan and like learning new things on the guitar then this site: http://hem.passagen.se/obrecht/backpages/chords/roadmaps.htm is right up your alley. Its like a group of lessons for intermediate to advanced players and using Dylans stuff as its backbone. Really good for improving fingerpicking. So far the tabs seem to be pretty accurate. I really recommend it. I suppose it helps if youre a fan of Dylan :)
