three finger bad habit????

I wonder where must be the three fingers of the right hand, I think i got a bad habit cause I lied them in the pickguard to give me more control.
Is it a bad habit or is it good???
what should i do????

There are a lot of ways that you see guitarist hold the pick and position their right hand. Personally I think resting your fingers like that is limiting. Kind of like dragging your feet on your bicycle.
