how do i play this

can someone please tell me how to play something like this because i havve not got a clue

this may seem very obvious to you but i only have 4 fingers and a thumb and to play this it seems i would need an extra finger:confused:

check out this lesson on barre chords it should help....first finger all the way across all 6 strings at the third fret...then youll see how to place the rest

if u can read tab its like thies

e---3----------- the numbers mean the fret u have to play ok?
b---3----------- so if u use ur index finger to fret all the strings
g---4----------- and then use ur middle for the 4th fret on the g
d---5----------- ring finger for the 5th fret on D then ur pinky on
a---5----------- the 5th fret on A . This is an E major barre chord
e---3----------- supposing u know how to play e majaor this is just using that "shape" to play other major chords this actual shape with the index on the 3rd fret of the 6th string means u are playing a G major chord with and e major shape k hope ive helped u with urtab chords
