Not familier with Behringer but my Fostex is a simple USB port. About as plug and play as you can get.

Fostex MR8-HD. Its an 8 track recorder. You can record four tracks at the same time. Has a 40 gig hard drive (hence the HD in the model name). Simple to operate. Record your tracks, do the mixdown, bouce to tracks 7/8, convert to stereo wave file, (all handled by the machine). Then hook up a USB cable (not included in package) to your computer. It works just like an external hard drive - drag and drop. Then use your computer to burn the disk.
All for $399.99 at musiciansfriend.com. Note: there is a smaller version - the MR8. No hard drive and only record two tracks at a time - if you're gonna get one, get the one with the hard drive, the MR8-HD.
I've been happy as a pig in mud with mine.

You could get a RCA to 1/8" stereo adapter:

Plug the RCAs into the main output fo the Behringer, then plug the miniplug into the computer
