The annoying sounds

How do I make the annoying sounds? I mean with distortion switched on. For example, do you know Oasis "don't let it out"? I'm not sure of the title of the chorus part has that phrase. Anywayz, the annoying sound's just at the end of the song.

Do you mean Go Let It Out? The second track on the album?

I don't hear any 'annoying' sounds (or anything remotely 'odd') Just a mildly distorted guitar playing an outro solo.
There are some strange sounds on the begining of the next track, but that's a synthesiser of some kind. Could it be that?

It's the outtro...yes the distorted part. How to do that?

If you want to know how to get that sound it's pretty simple really, mild distorion!

I've thought about this a little bit, I can sort of see what you mean. The notes sound kind of "wrong" but in a good way. If you want to know how to choose notes that will have an effect of sounding wrong but in a good way, well that's really advanced, too advanced for me, sorry.
