Getting betterr

Hi everyone. I have been playing for about a year, but it seems that everything I play doesn't get any better. There isn't one song even a really simple one, that I have never messed up on. I know I haven't been playing that long, but I think that I should be able to at least have one song or riff that I can play perfectly even without being warmed up. I am very frustrated, and would really appreaciate any help. Thanks.

Just concentrate. Relax, so what if you make a mistake. everyone does. the greatest players in the world make mistakes. er..if you do a mistake, just pretend that you meant to do that. :D

Dude, fizz is right... so what if you make a mistake?
I've seen even SATRIANI make a mistake!
I've seen/heard James Hetfield and Kirk Hammett (from a band which shall be unnamed) make heaps of mistakes.
And also like fizz said, if you make a mistake... act as if you didn't, the only person who knows is you.
