One common comment that people make, is that they like how this forum is different from others they have participated in. Here the atmosphere is more positive, and the members are glad to help with questions etc. I have made great efforts to make this an inviting forum. But the real credit has to go to all of you members who want to keep the environment here a step above the normal petty arguing of other forums, or the world for that matter. So thanks to all of you.
With that said, things are not perfect here. As is human nature, people sometimes just can't get along. There have been recent posts where arguments have threatened to ruin the spirit of these forums. And that is truly sad.....especially this time of year.
Help me keep this forum a special place by doing these things. Help other is a positive way. People have different opinions about things. Those differences should not become arguments. Just stop and walk away before they do.
We do have moderators here, but they can not do everything. Trey, one of our moderators is away for a couple of months, and myself and the others can not catch everything. I want everyone to participate in what I call the "neighborhood watch". That means report to me any posts that you feel to do not follow the forum rules and the spirit of this forum.
