Teaching DVD's etc

Can anyone recommend some good teaching DVD's / PC software for a complete beginner like me? I will be going to lessons too though. Thanks

if you like the blues, my brother has a really good instruction dvd for eric clapton by hal leonard. other than that, i dont really know of anything. I got a pink flyd instruction dvd, but was dissapointed with it because theres no way to see the whole tablature
