Anyone can play jazz, but it sounds so much better with a second guitarist (preferably acoustic) playing some rythem, it helps you keep where you are. You can also stop playing while they play for a few seconds to clear up what your gonna do next (if you need to). You should turn your volume up a little bit higher than the acoustics natural volume so its more stylistic. Try turning either light distortion, or the wah wah filter on, it adds texture and difference between the guitars.
