Well id be amazed if a twelve bar blues progression got you into college but, heres the most basic version.
in the key of c...
C7 for 4 bars, F7 for 2bars, C7 for 2 bars, G7 1 bar, f7 1 bar, c7 1 bar, g7 1 bar.

THESE ARE THE TINGS I NEED TO KNOW FOR THE AUDITION I HAVE TO PASS
WELL I HAVE COVERED MOST OF THEM BUT I JUST NEED SOME ADVICE
SUGGESTIONS SO I CAN MAKE MY AUDITION BETTER
Two positions of Major Scales (closed position)
One position of Minor Scale (Natural, Melodic or Harmonic)
All major, minor, dominant chords in 2 Barred positions
Major 7th, 6th, 9th, Minor 7th, 9th
Seventh chords, b5, #5, b9, #9
Arpeggios: Major, Minor, Dominant Seventh
Pick Study or exercise
Sight reading abilities in open or closed position using eighth notes
Play two tunes in any repertoire - melody and chords
Play one twelve-bar blues chord progression.

I bet if you could play that 12 bar blues in more than one key they'd like it better. A 12 bar blues is just built from the 1, 4 and 5 degrees of a scale.
If you didn't already know that, there it is, so just take your scales and transpose it into different keys.
There are many variations of the pattern, too, so if someone showes you one version like four bars of 1, two bars of 4, two bars of 1, one bar of 5, one bar of 4 then two bars of 1 and someone else says the exact same only at the end its two bars of 4 and one bar of 1, dont worry. You could probably make up your own pattern if you wanted.

Try taking a solo off the Box scales... it's really easy, but gets you to cover more than one register if done properly... people like that ;).
