lessons???

i was wondering what a rough estimate would be for lessons(price, $).... my cousin and friend play and i'm starting to get into it...

I pay 11.00 for 1/2 hour.

MAKE SURE YOUR GETTING A QUALIFIED TEACHER AND NOT SOME IDIOT WHO PLAYS IN A BAND AND IS LOOKING FOR EXTRA CASH!!!!!!!!! Your teacher should have some kind of plan, not just "What song you want to learn??" My teacher makes me do finger exercises, strum patterns, and basic chord progressions weekly. If your not going to practice don't waste your money, there lots of good stuff on the net for free. Good Luck!!
