First, these are not notes, they are chords. A chord is made up of multiple notes. A note is just a single tone.
There are many ways to play these chords, but for the most basic ways to play the E, A, D and C....check out the following chord lesson. Those are 4 of the 7 most basic chords, so you should start there.
