In my town there are only two tube amps and they are the smallest amps ever and are really bad, but I played one and was blown away by it. Needless to say I loved it compared to the solid state amp that I have, and I was looking around for a small tube amp to get. I thought about it and I might get the Fender Blues Junior, but what I really want to know is does anybody have this amp(what do you think of it), or does anybody have a tube amp that they like and would recomend.

Sounds like you like blues. Mesa/Boogie has made some nice bluesy tube amps such as the Rocket 44, and Subway Rocket. The fender tube amps are very nice for blues, the tone is so pure it's not funny. I am not a Marshall amp fan, but I do like the AVT series amps. I haven't really tried to get smooth blues tone from them, but I'm sure they can do it. The AVTs are hybrid (solid state power section, tube preamp). My favorite tube amps are the Peavey 5150 Original, Peavey Triple XXX, and the Mesa/Boogie Mark IV. They are all for high gain and high volume playing. I have gotten smooth blues tone from the 5150 though. The rhythm channel on it is very nice for bluesy playing. But, like I said, it's a high gain amp, so it performs best with the gain on 10 :). Best thing to do is shop around, play lots of amps, and play them for a while to better feel how they respond and sound. It's all in what you like to hear and play.

Sorry I should have been more specific when I posted before, what I am looking for is a small 15-40 watts tube amp that isnt really expensive but has a good distortion and clean channels for blues rock and blues. I looked around some more and realized that the fender is to clean for me and the 5150 is a little too expensive so I thought that the peavey classic 30 would be a nice comprimise between the two.

Well 5150's can be found for around 400 bucks used. Ebay is a good place to look. The combo goes for around 600 used. The combo is 1000 bucks new. Which, in the world of high gain, high volume tube amps is a really good price. It's just very heavy!

The peavey will be a nice amp. Peavey makes really nice amps (5150 and XXX are good examples of them!) Just get what makes you happy!
