I am really glad that you guys are all here, and you do not care what sort of stupid questions i ask, and you will answer anything, even go out of your way for it.

Especially Shawn! he works the hardest of all of us! I just hope that soon I will have enough know- how to reciprocate the favor to other newcomers as well!

We all have question, whether we are just beginning to learn about the guitar or have been pickin' for a while. Shawn is the real brain, though. He knows his scales, modes, theory better than anyone I know. A lot of times, I refer to one of his lessons before I post something. Just checkin' my self.
I'm finding I'm still a bit shakey on modes and figuring out some chords by adding a 3rd, or flattening a 9th. I can pretty well do it by ear, but to write down the proper way to do it, I'm not that good.
What I know is mostly from experience, you know. I've played with some good musicans over the years and ya just can't help but learn a few things along old Fretboard Hwy.
Shawn is like the white collar worker. I've a sticky blue collar around my neck.
There are a lot of posts I'd like to reply to, but I am not confident in my own knowledge to do so. I don't wanna steer anyone wrong. I hate to see a post go unanswered, but,,,,
Keep asking the easy questions Zero, and I'll jump right in. :)
I'll leave the hard ones for the man who knows.
