Just wanna see who has the worst amp here. Let's see if y'all can beat mine... Please specify if you polled "other"

I can beat yours. I have a 10W amp called Drive, made in Korea. It's crap. It's got 5 knobs: gain, volume, treble, middle, bass, but it seems to me that the treble and middle knobs don't work. The amp is terribly buzzing when I turn the gain to 50%. And the output jack for the phones doesn't work.

My cousin as something that resembles an Amp.
The name plate has fallen off but the emblem is still nailed on.
It's a 10 watt three tube fire hazzard. The speaker is four inches across. It is about two feet high and six inches wide. Two knobs.
The serial number is Jul22r00919k-54. There is a small paper sticker on the underside but it's written in Polish or something. The best we can figure is it's a July 22 1954 K series what-ever. It works. It's loud. That speaker is made like a bass speaker, huge magnet on the back of it. 4 inches. The emblem is a dog, not the old RCA dog.
When ya play through it, all the notes sound almost the same.
I'm glad I don't own it.
Peavy isn't on the poll list!!!

Well my amp isnt technically mine.....hehe. My uncle lives with us and he happens to play guitar too. He has two amps, the one he plays is a Roland Jazz chorus 50 watt, i dont know too much about it but i can find out if anyone is wanting the info. Then he has the one that he lets me "borrow", which means i keep it until he needs it because its more portable than his which helps if hes playing at the church. Anyways, the one i "borrow" is a fender princeton 25-30 watt im not sure which at the moment, its strange because i have never seen a princeton model like it in any guitar stores or catalogs or even on the net for that matter, but what I do know is that it is from the late sixties - early seventies, because it was previously owned my none other than my dad (who is divorced from my mom and I only see him every once in a while) but it is a tube amp yet it doesnt have that great of distortion when i play at high volumes with my strat, in fact its kind of weak distortion you would have to listen for it to know its even there at all, and I know its not the guitar because Ive played it through several other amps. Oh well, thats the joys of not having lots of money!

Man, your guys amps sound like luxury. I personaly have a Washburn WA8, 15 watts of crappy power. 3 Knobs, Bass, Treble, Volume. None of you can compete

No way man, I know a dude that has a Squier amp that is like 10 watts, has a Volume, Low, and High knob. Then an 'Overdrive' button. No gain knob, so its a set level of gain, you can't adjust how much distortion you want. It is the worst amp I've ever played through and ever heard of!

;) BluesPulp - I was thinking Peavey, but forgot to put it down. I don't like them either.
;) SamickMan - Mine is like yours. 10w, generic brand, Overdrive doesn't work. Only has treble, bass, and volume. Treble doesn't work. Bass just makes it a little fuzzy. Causes feedback easily.
     Mason - If it's an amp from the 60's, what do you expect? Heavy Metal distortion? I don't think that overwhelming distortion was very popular with hippies.
 Esp_Viper - Yeah, Squiers suck. Probably better than the other amps mentioned here except that vintage Fender Princeton that Mason was talking about, which was probably made for Jazz, Blues or very light Rock type things.
Anyone who will listen - Here's another one I have but don't use too much because it sounds horrible:
Head: unknown company, onlys says "Acoustic model G120"
Cab: unknown wattage and company. Absolutely no writing on it. Makes a popping noise when i turn it on even if the volume is all the way off, so the preserve the speaker I have to disconnect it from the head before switching on the power. Definitely not a tube amp.

I had an amp that popped like that too. Seems like it as a Vaxson or Zavon or something like that. A combo. It was my first amp with a 14 string hawaiian guitar. It would smoke but never caught on fire. Stunk up my whole room. Finally my dad found out about it and replaced it with a 60 watt Silvertone.
Ahhh, the easy life and the good days, long in the past, but not forgotten.

Alot of people get started off with those retarded Hawaiian guitars. Those things were originally made when Hawaiians saw an ugly Spaniard one and tried to make a copy. Living in Hawaii, I can fairly say that people with Hawaiian blood piss me off. They're all stupid and eat to much spam.
I'm off subject now and may have offended someone (not that I care), so I'll shut up now.
