i dont remember if i posted this before, i couldnt find it if i did, maybe i spelled it differently, i dunno. anyway, at the local music store downtown, the owner came across a pre-gretch (sp?) era guitar. i think thats the term he used anyway. but the guitar is REALLY old. and damn it looks good for its age. i really wanna play it, but my luck itll fall apart in my hands, turn to dust and blow away :(

anywho, does anyone have any ideas how much its worth? im not looking for a definite price, just wondering if anyone would have an estimate. if you need more info, i could probably post it tomorrow.

My wife gave me "Encyclopedia of Electric Guitars" a very interesting book with photos and info of what must be every electric guitar made. It did not give prices, but, it might would identify the age and model. I think she got it at Barnes $ Noble.

Old guitars scare me too. My friend has a Gibson acoustic from the 30's sounds great, but I'm afraid I'll break it or something. If I can't wail away at it, I don't want it.

Peace!
