Sooooo annoying

how do i make it so that i don't have to get a message from cyberfret in my e-mail each time someone responds to something i had responded to? It's filling my inbox! and i don't care that someone responded! i can come here and find out on my own! any help is greatly appreciated.

its either in your profile or member options just turn of the thingthat says send me a e-mal when people post. taht should do it

try the green "user cp" button in the upper right corner.....then hit "edit options" there....theres a place to just check it off....
