"One" solo

Hey, can anyone help me out with the solo to One by metallica?

I just want to know how the tapping part at the start goes. I've got a few different tabs for it and they all seem to have a different tapping pattern.

One of the them is just

19p15p12--19p15p12-19p15p12-19p15p12-19p15p12-19p15p12-19p15p12-19p15p12

(19s are tapped)
along the high e string and the same pattern repeated on different frets. Then another one is like

19h15h12-19h12h15-19h15h12-19h12h15-19h15h12-19h15h12-19h12h15-19h12h15

Does anyone have the guitar book or know what the right pattern is?
