I was wondering what everyone thinks about the above mentioned guitar.I would go down to the local guitar center and try it,but they do not seem to carry it in stock when I visit.Does anyone have any complaints about it,or are there only good things to say.Your info will help greatly.Thanks!http://www.epiphone.com/legacy/images/egv2b.jpg

I will be a decent instrument. Don't expect it to be a well built guitar. Epiphones are known for being cheap and a bit overpriced. I have an Epiphone and I hate it. The wiring gives me nothing but trouble, and the overall construction of the guitar is just poor.

do you think that I would be better off buying a decent b.c. rich warlock?

If you are a beginner and are already having some trouble playing.....your screen name is a slight clue :) Then avoid a Flying V like the plague. They are very awkward instruments to play especially in the sitting position. Yeah, they look cool....but you really don't need to have your guitar fight against you or "hate you" in the beginning. And I guarantee that a Flying V will hate you, and you will hate it right back.
I don't have an opinion about the B.C. Rich. as long as it does not have a Floyd Rose or other floating bridge. Again, that is something that as a beginner you just do not want fighting against you.

That Epiphone is a damn ugly guitar. The Warlock should be cool. But as Shawn said, avoid akward shaped guitars as a beginner.

Yes,I am a beginner, but my screen name is false.I am having absolutely no trouble with learning the guitar.I tried out a V that the guy said was almost the same as the epiphone, and it worked great for me.I still might go for it,that,or I might go for the B.C. Rich Beast instead. All of my guitar playing friends either own or are saving up for a warlock,so I have to be different.I appreciate your imput, but I am the stubborn one in my family. And also,I was just hoping that someone had any experience with this guitar, not what people thought of V's or epiphones in general. Also, ESP_Viper,if anything hapens with it,my uncle, who has been building top notch guitars for over twenty years, and playing for over thirty, could most likely fix it for me.Also, the 58 korina V is a very beautiful CLASSIC guitar(well, classic remake :) )But,then again,I have different tastes in just about everything than everyone else. So,I f anyone has anything good or bad to say about the epiphone 1958 korina flying V,or the B.C. Rich Beast in particular, please post, other remarks are ok,too:) .
