Stronger muscles

I've been trying some power chords and other normal chords, but I can't seem to be pressing to well because there is buzzing when my finger is slightly (0.01 mm oe something :)) off the fret board. My question is whether my fingers will become stronger so I can press down harder and better with time?

Yes, your fingers will become a lot stronger over time. All it takes is practice :)
