Tuning to Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb

I have an electronic tuner and I want to tune to Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb. On the tuner when you push flat you have a choice of b, bb, bbb or bbbb. Which one do I choose for this tuning?

b ... that will tune you down a half step (equal to one fret on the guitar). bb would be a whole step (equal to 2 frets) ...etc

What kind of tuner is that?

I need to get one that does that. I am stuck fretting individul strings on the first or second fret and tuning them down like that.
